Our 4-Step Remodeling Process
Discover
During the Discover Phase, you will join us in our state-of-the-art Pool Brothers showroom to meet your design team and project coordinator for the first time. You’ll share with us what you’re looking for in your remodel project, and we’ll walk through our Pool Brothers remodel process with you.

Review client’s photos of the space we’re remodeling.
Review the completed client questionnaire, the client’s inspiration photos, and the scope of the remodel project.
The Pool Brothers team gives the client a showroom tour.
Review the available finishes and discuss how finish selections impact the project budget.
Establish project budget.

Review of cost analysis

Design Agreement is signed and project deposit is paid to Pool Brothers.
First Design Meeting is scheduled
Design
Your Pool Brothers team will join you at your home for a walk-through of the project space. Following the walk-through, we will have a brainstorming session to discuss your style preferences and inspiration for your new space. The brainstorming session may take place at the project site or the Pool Brothers Showroom.

We will gather all the measurements needed to create a floor plan and the project elevations.
Photos will be taken of your space.
We’ll discuss your style preferences and review your design inspiration photos.
We’ll review preliminary floor plans.
A walk-through of the Pool Brothers showroom to review options for the following:
Countertops
Tile and flooring options
Plumbing fixtures
Lighting
Cabinets
• Style—inset, standard overlay, or full overlay
• Door style
• Drawer style—slab or panel
• Color and finish
Selections will be finalized for cabinets, flooring, fixtures, countertops, light fixtures, and accessories.Sign contract and put down a 35% project deposit
*While in some cases, additional design meetings may be necessary, it’s worth noting that many homeowners efficiently achieve their design goals and make final selections in just one or two meetings with their designer.
Deliver
The Deliver Phase includes the pre-construction meeting with your design team, the delivery of your materials to the remodel project site, and also the on-site installation of your project.

ORDERING OF MATERIALS
Once your contract is signed and the project deposit is paid, we will begin ordering the materials for your project. We typically allow several weeks between the time the contract is signed and construction starts for cabinets to be designed, constructed, and delivered.PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
You’ll meet with your designer and field supervisor at your home. We’ll review the scope of work and site logistics. We’ll eestablish the client’s preferred method for the Pool Brothers team to access the work area, restroom use, etc.A lock-box will be installed, and we’ll display a Pool Brothers sign on your lawn.
