The open floor plan seamlessly blends the kitchen and living spaces to create the perfect space for entertaining and a welcoming environment for gatherings. This entire home is thoughtfully designed for everyday life, and it’s simply stunning.

We curated a thoughtful mix of cabinet drawers and doored cabinets, ensuring that every inch of storage could be optimized for functionality. From the convenience of pull-out drawers for pots and pans to the discreet charm of closed cabinets for a seamless appearance, our cabinetry design makes every element of this kitchen and the joining butler’s pantry purposeful.

The Primary Bathroom, Hall Bathroom & Powder Room
The Primary Bathroom
This master bathroom was designed to exude opulence and sophistication. The flooring boasts an elegant arrangement of rectangular marble-look tiles installed on a staggered pattern. The expansive walk-in shower reveals the grandeur of large-format tiles, seamlessly enveloping the space in a spa-like ambiance. The decadence continues with a freestanding soaking tub strategically positioned beneath a picture window. Functionality meets aesthetics with two vanities adorned with gray Pool Brothers cabinets and topped with pristine white quartz countertops in this master retreat.
The Hall Bathroom
Black octagon-shaped tiles adorned with light grout create a striking visual contrast for this modern oasis. The geometric allure of tiles in the hall bathroom adds a contemporary touch, capturing attention and setting the stage for a unique design experience. The bold tile choice harmonizes seamlessly with the adjacent large walk-in shower, where the classic white subway tiles take center stage, creating a captivating interplay of shapes and tones. Not to be overlooked, a natural wood cabinet with unique metal hardware adds an additional layer of character, seamlessly weaving modern and classic elements into this sophisticated and stylish space.
The Powder Room
In the powder room, the floating natural wood vanity exudes a modern yet organic vibe, serving as a focal point against the backdrop of rustic wood-look tile. The rich textures of the wood-like tiles harmonize with the contemporary elegance of the black plumbing fixtures, producing a striking visual balance. Above the vanity, a one-light shadeless wall sconce in black iron adds a touch of industrial chic.

Infusing their home with a timeless allure, this family made a refined choice by opting for dark-stained wood floors from Pool Brothers throughout the living areas and bedrooms. In the bathrooms, a decision was made to embrace the practicality and elegance of tile flooring, offering a resilient and stylish solution for these high-moisture areas.
